The Seascape Network’s 1st Anniversary!
Check your watches, it’s Seascape o’clock ! You might be wondering what’s happening on the high seas this time around. Well, Seascape is celebrating its 1st anniversary! That’s right, this amazing project has gone through the highs and lows, and has come out even stronger a year later. As you would imagine, there has been a lot of exciting events in this past year, with a lot of accomplishments too.
Seascape took the first step to launch their Crowns token, accompanied by their 1st game, in what has come to be a line of highly successful games, in the month of February, 2021. Bolstered by the success in February, they went on to achieve a couple of successful launches including their first appearance on Binance Smart Chain, the releases of their 2nd and 3rd games, NFT Brawl and Staking Saloon respectively. The couple of months after that passed with a blur as Seascape dished out games, updates and collaborations that were just simply mind-blowing.
There was Scape Forum in July that brought the tally of Seascape games to 4, the launch of SeaDex and the RIB token, the Sea Lion Ambassador Project in October, MSCP token generation, as well as the more recent Riverboat and Moonscape City NFT sales.
All of the events listed above only served to bring the kind of value and utility that Sescape takes very seriously into play for its users. In fact, it can easily be said that the users and fans have made Seascape what it is today. Their constant participation and support with every project that Seascape has taken on, has shown just how much they believe in the team and what they are trying to achieve. It’s no surprise then that their community has seen a tremendous growth in the last year. Their English Twitter alone has amassed as much as 102k followers! The Seascape Network is not planning to slow down any time soon as they will be adding to the number of locations and languages so that more DeFi fans can have access.
This anniversary, while serving as a sort of remembrance day to highlight the achievements of Seascape so far, also gives hope for the future ahead. There’s a lot more to be done in order to push the progress of DeFi gaming and Seascape is in the best position to lead the charge. The weeks and months to come will usher in even more updates and events that will solidify Seascape’s stance as an industry leader in the DeFi gaming space.
